Removed `fancy.GraphState.from_nx` -- "just works"

Moved that functionality into `abp.GraphState`, so that you can
just run `state = abp.GraphState(nx.Graph(((0,1),)))`, `state =
abp.fancy.GraphState(nx.Graph(((0,1),))` or whatever.
